POOR SERVICE

I was coming from school where my child is attending. I was involved in an accident and I did what I was suppose to do.
Reported the accident to the police station and to Standard bank insurance itself.

They've promised to send an assessor of which didn't happened. Later on they've asked if the car is driving and said yes. I was told to drive with the car and they'll arrange for me to take it to the panel beater.

I waited until I received a call from their assessor and told me that I must take the car to the panel beater. I did as I was told.
My car stayed there for two to three weeks, then I received a call claiming that my car was fixed. My car wasn't fixed.

Bumper wasn't changed, headlamp's bracket broke during accident and the bonnet wasn't closing properly and the windscreen cracked and I was told that all these were not accident related.

My concern is their assessor who sent his friend who owns the panel beater to assess the car for him. It wasn't fair for me as their client who paid for seven years without claiming. They even said maybe there was a chip on the windscreen. I asked them to show me a chip and there wasn't one.

I complained to the insurance and they said I must take it back. And it came back the same. I decided to cancel the insurance, but my car still same even today.
