Poor Service

On the evening of the 20th May 2021, we experienced gale force wind and hail in Port Elizabeth. My garage door fell off and made few cracks in my boundary wall. I've been in contact with Standard bank but have not received any response from them. My son works shifts and I am 57 years old and as a woman and grandmother of which 2 grandchildren lives with me age 8 and 15 fear for our lives as any one has access to my premises
