Poor service at standard bank insurance

When you call them , they say wait on the line for the next available consultant, and the waiting time is shocking you will end up cutting the call then when you call again,that's when the reception will ask you to leave the details, and by that time you already spent lot of airtime 😭😭😭😭 why standard bank insurance, don't employ more staff, if that's where you lacking 🙆
