Poor service at Standard bank

I tried calling them on Thursday, 3 attempts and waited for 10 minutes with no reply. Once the machine said press one for a call back, it is now Friday afternoon, still no call back. I sent an email and got an automated reply saying they will get back to me in one business day. I sent another email on Friday afternoon and got an automated reply saying the inbox at Standard Bank was full and cannot receive any more.
