Poor service and *****s

Stand bank inssurnace refused to settle bond after death of spouse. I was assisted by Rejoice Mthembu who was not even interested with the nature if my claim and insisted that the houses must be sold. She couldn't assist me and had to settle from my own savings. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from standard bank
