Poor service and poor communication

I'm very disappointed in standard bank insurance two days ago I made a claim for my geyser to you guys you send the contractors and then you tell them the geyser must be installed outside when it was safe and sound under my kitchen sink then you guys say use will send people to build a cover for the geyser to protect from being ****** one of your agents said they will come and install it today so today when I called to find out when will use be sending someone your agent says the case is closed when you own people said it would be installed so I have to secure my geyser from being ****** standard bank insurance communication is very bad. I am very disappointed in the service I got my geyser is not even bolted to the ground just standing on drinks please contact me immediately
