POOR SERVICE AND *********** CONSULTANTS!!!

Early Sept 2024 I got a call informing me that there will no longer be Standard Bank Limited insurance and everything (from my benefits to my debit orders) would be transferred to the new policy which is insurance brokers.

They debited me twice for September, it is now exactly 7 days to the next debit order date, I still have 2 policies on my account, I have queried this with them, they told me to expect the refund in 7 days, we're now in day number 10 nothing has happened.

They are making me hold the line for close to an hour without picking it, I stand a risk of being debited again.

I don't know where to go because the branch says they can't help me I have to call the insurance branch.
