POOR SERVICE AND A DONT CARE ATTITUDE

I bought a house through Standard bank and they insured me through HOLLARD and hollard took cover with Hollad/BROLINK.I am struggling with the link between these companies as they failed to assist me with my claim.Please dont take out insurance with Standard bank if they suggest the Hollard option.
