poor service

I called standard bank yesterday reporting my geyser is not working. They gave me a reference and promised that the technician will call before 1pm yesterday, till now there is no call, geyser not fixed. i have used cold water to bath my children today, even after i have reported. i wonder if i ever skip a premium????? i dont deserve this treatment...
