Poor service

I am so disappointed at standard bank insurance. I have been their client for years. Never put through a claim. Have multiple products from them. And the first time I put through a claim because of accident done by third party to my property they drag their feet to assist. Don’t return calls. Eventually approve claim then after I pay the access they come back say that repairs must be put on hold. They cannot find pictures that were sent to them. This is extremely disappointing. I am not sure it’s worth staying with them going forward.
