Poor service

Our geyser in the outside building started leaking. The claim was opened for about 2 weeks before they send a contractor. The contractor come today remove the geyser and informed my husband that he needs to buy a geyser in Kimberley. That is about 3 hours drive to Kimberley and 3 hours back. We are left with out water for the rest of the day and most probably until tomorrow morning.
