Poor Service

I have had a plumbing issue at my property for over two months. Despite contacting Standard Bank Insurance four times, the problem remains unresolved. This ongoing delay is unacceptable.

Any resolution must involve a specialized plumber with the proper tools to ensure a permanent fix. The lack of progress and accountability is deeply disappointing, and I expect a formal solution without further delay.
