Poor service

Standard bank give you a number to contact with the debit order but the number is not for the current department you looking for I eventually got to talk to someone who transferred the call to someone else waited 23min while the irritating music play over and over so for 30 min trying and the airtime don't last so for all that waiting and talking to people that just put you true to somebody else I've actually spend 30min of airtime on nothing but listening to an annoying music clip from Standard bank. I paid to stop the debit order from going off but they still deducted the money for two months now because I can't cancel the insurance at a branch thats what I've been told and over the phone like begging for money I not happy at all .
