<p>Claim number SHS ********** 5613 Lodged late Dec 2016. Today fri 23 Jan 2017 and still no service. Despite numerous phone call to Shamira and martin langa to mention just a few, all of which promised to phone me back. No one can take a decision. Everyone is telling me about internal assessor.Standard bank insurance you are pathetic</p> <p>Please action this as soon as possible.</p>
