Poor service

On the 28 Dec 2021, my car was involved in an accident, lodge a claim with Std bank n they nominated PVW attorneys to handle my case with the third party, it's now March n no feedback regarding my claim, on the 2nd Feb 2022,i called them regarding my dissatisfaction with these attorneys n they promise to speed up the process, I have been sending the complains to their complains Dept not a single person even their superiors has called me regarding this matter, emails were sent on 17th n 23rd March 2022 , I'm so disappointed, their nominated attorneys (PVW) staff are very rude, unprofessional and lazy to get info from the third party, I'm just waiting for them to sort this case n Im definetly canceling this policy, they not putting the client's interest 1st,
