Poor Service

I have tried to get through the insurance call centre on ***for the past two days and have been hanging on for almost an hour and eventually hung up as it is outrageous. I need to log a claim urgently. For the past few days that it has been raining so hard the rain water comes running down my walls from the top in the lounge but for the life of me nobody s answering the phone in that Call Centre.
