Poor service

My car was involved in car accident on the 8th of October 2017 my friend was driving the car .on the police who attended the accident reported that my friend was smelling alcohol and the they have lots of witnesses about smelling of alcohol I was there but no one drank alcohol that day because my friend who was driving the car was working on that morning the accident happened at 00h00 midnight....my worry is that my car is almost gone for 2months and the assessor came to collect the report on the 23/11/2017.... I call them twice or three times a week using my airtime sometimes I get them sometimes I don't if get hold of them they tell me that they still investigating ....till today I haven't got the correct response of what they investigating because of my friend was friend was driving and driving they should have open the case and do the correct procedure.
