Poor service

I called Insurance regarding burst Geyer on Wednesday, the lady that answered, informed me that she will send plumbers to access and give report, indeed they did come on Wednesday to access but they wanted to change geyser there and there. I Informed them that I didn't have the R1200 on my person as I had thought they were only here for assessment ,netherless I told them to come next day which they had no problem with.

It's now Monday after calling the contractor ,bank itself, I'm still stuck with the problem, with no communication from Bank Or Nyala projects
