Poor service

Standard Bank respond on this platform just to look good to the public yet they do nothing behind the scene.

Todate they are failing to respond to my enquiry, the last communique received they said my matter is referred to Senior who will contact me. Indeed I agree with their consultants their service is dropping, this affects us and they don't care.
