Poor service

I am appalled by the service received from Boitumelo Mosikari. The process is taking weeks, with her requesting documents in drips and drabs, lacking empathy, and demonstrating poor customer service skills. It seems she is not competent to handle a simple claim, which has led me to lose trust in Standard Bank.
