Poor service

Very poor service from the standard bank home insurance team. They sent an assessor to have a look at my roof which leaks through when it rain . The guy goes on top just stands there and makes a decision that the roof does not have a leak without even testing to see .

A few days after the insurance team phones me to tell me that they have rejected the claim and they cannot pay for paint on the walls which have been damaged due to the leak . Apart from this there was other issues with our property which was caused due to the weather and all the issues have been rejected

Have been a client for over 20 years and was forced to cancel with them .
