Poor service

Registered a new claim on Friday the 18th March, I was told that a contractor would be scheduled to come out on Tuesday 22nd March, till now no one has contacted me regarding this matter nor has anyone showed up to attend to my claim! Now I'll be sitting with a soaked house again should it rain!!! Very unprofessional!
