Poor service

I am not happy with Standard Bank, One of my vehicles is financed with them. I changed the insurance and submitted the confirmation of cover for the new insurer. I have been calling to check, and guess what they don't have the updated information. This has been going on since January. I am sick and tired of your standard bank. You better get this resolved now.
