Poor response to claim

I have an urgent claim.

The recent storms have ruin my roof and my house floods with heavy rains

Please may I request someone to have a look so I can make a claim to have the leaks fixed as my home contents are ruined because of the leaks, I am afraid my ceiling will also give in and the roof will have mold in future.

I have taken pictures of the damage of the recent storm for your perusal.
