POOR POOR SERVICE

<p>I logged a claim a month ago, they instructed me to get the quatation due to that they do not have contractors dealing with my claim I got the quatation mailed it to them and still no response all they say it is with their auditors, when I phoned again to ask about my claim they say it is with their contractors for evaluating, but in the beggining they say they do not have contractors. One whole month to get a claim complete</p>
