Poor poor poor service

Poor service for such a big company I'm so disappointed I had an account with standard bank I even forgot about it than someone called me from standard bank letting me know that I had an account with them and I had R200 that I saved in that account that R200 was in my access saving account which I put there from 2013 so I went to eastgate wanted to close that account only to find out I have to reopen the card because I don't have any standard bank card anymore I don't understand that my R200 it's still R200 from 2013 wow than to get that R200 I had to go from pillor to post I was told they gonna give a notice to my surprise they didn't I got my R200 as 174 wow poor poor service
