POOR POOR NO VERY VERY POOR SERVICE RECIEVED

Very very poor service recieved from Standard Bank Insurance after being promised on 4 occations by different consultants that a contractor will be incontact with me and my complaints addressed to no avail. Customer service and feedback is at the bottom of Their claims departments list.
