Poor pathetic service

Good afternoon. I write this review with much sadness on my heart. What useless service and unprofessional manner in which I as a long standing client had to endure. These people are so quick to collect premiums but when you need assistance non is provided. A simple matter in fact. Not even a claim. I just wanted to update my policy. No one seems competent enough to assist. I've be send running around the barn, passed on like like a used wash rag. Dear SBIB I would not recommend your services to anybody. You cant even assist me with a simple update. Hence forth I am cancelling your services and moving to a company who puts their clients first. You wouldn't give me the time of day to amend my policy with you. So I rather use my time constructively to forewarn prospective new clients to do their research and know who they are dealing with. I am so done with you. Thank you for nothing.
