Poor / no assistance

<p>My house were flooded , about 6 weeks ago. The standard Bank Insurance were contacted because of damages. I waited for 6 weeks for the assessors to come and asses. They assess and till now 03/01/2017 <em>there is no feed back.</em></p> <p><em>After numerouse calls theres no feedback or any responce. Only bull**** excuses were given. !!!!!!!,,,,</em></p> <p> </p> <p><em>After 17 years with no claims and loyal membership. You should think that they will respond to the claim but that did not happend</em></p> <p> </p> <p><em>After this odeal I will advice anybody not tot insure anything with Standard Bank.</em></p>
