Poor insurance

Worst experience ever with a insurance company especially coming from such a big bank making such big promises to their customers when taking out a bond and insurance. Have been struggling since 28 October to sign off payments after my Geyser burst resulting in damages to my floors, walls, ceilings etc. Had to listen to water dripping on my ceilings for 2 days straight b4 their complaints department had to step in. Every day i get different promises made by different consultants regarding the claims to my building. I am at my wits end with dealing with SBI anf and to top it all encountered the most rude and disrespectful consultant last week. Not once but twice. Will not encourage anyone to take out insurance with Standard bank ever.
