POOR HAIL STORM DAMAGE CLAIM MANAGEMENT

Hail storm damage claim - 4 weeks now and no settlement or repair quotes. 3 Visits frim them to make sure that the damage is "real"! Battle to get hold of them....holding on to answering service for long periods of time. Then from one consultant to the next having no answers. Then they hand out a cell number for the assessor - who also doesn't answer. Damage to interior getting worse as we get more and more rain. Sure they have specialist checking these ratings - so hopefully they can do something about the service!
