Poor feedback ,no customer service

I have been with standard bank motor vehicle insurance now over 8 years and had no complaints. Lately I have requested a review of my premiums,I'm paying just over R1000 and my car is more that 6 years old with a millage of R195000. No feedback ,I call every second day and they promise to call back but in vain.

I have requested a cancellation 6 days ago,no feedback to this day
