Poor customer service

I amnso disappointed with the service received from SBIS. I have contacted them numerous times regarding my debit order fro my premiums. Till to date the debit order has not went through and this will be the second month. What will happen to my policy should it lapse? Who will be to be blame as I tried getting assistance from you guys. Can someone please assist me.
