Poor customer service!

I've been trying to get hold of Standard bank insurance for almost the entire week but no one has gotten back to me. Standard bank has debited my account twice for my car insurance and I only started cover on the 25th of March. I am encountering alot of problems and I haven't even been with them for a month!!! I need my money refunded immediately!!
