POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>"We are still working on your service request ********** 059. Your service request is important to us and will be resolved at the earliest." This was the last corespondance received via email on 16 August 2016. It is now almost 3 weeks later.... still NO RESPONSE!!!!</p>
