Poor customer service

Bad bad bad I mean very poor experience with Standard Bank Car insurance,they don't deliver as promised and don't follow up on claims to keep their customers happy. My car has been with them for over 70 days now. No follow no responses been calling them for over 2weeks can't get hold of them neither has AB Brokers tried and failed. **** about sending an email to the car hire for extension ended up being charged by the rental company for that.🤦🏾
