Poor communication
I am so disappointed with Std bank house insurance, i logged my claim after earthquake and nothing has happened so far, i was told they send another service provider to check the damages since they were not happy with the first one offwhich that service provider was sent by them. its almost 2 weeks now, nothing has happened, no calls nothing.

27 Jul 2023, 10:00After countless follow ups standard bank came up with their plan to pay me and i do the fixing by myself, why do they then have construction companinies int their database to do the work, fortunately your consultant did tell me that the first company qouted about R200 000 to fix damages whereas you are saying you will give me 57k to fix because of poorworkmanship, look std bank, my developer is willing to meet with your assessor so that they can speak building language and he can show him the where theres poorworkmaship. please let me know when you can send the assessor so that i can inform the developer to be available,
