Poor communication and *********** staff

Standard bank has the worst service on their funeral insurance...I'm still waiting for my aunt funeral payout and I gt a funeral to organize...I reported the death last week friday,Monday I've sent documentation they dnt communicate to say they gt the documents and how long its going to take to payout,I must phone every time hold the line for 15 min before I speak to a consultant which is *********** and not assisting.ill never use their their services anymore
