Poor communication and empty promises

My house was burned and they didnt pay windows that was replaced by us as they promised and also pay for security guard.

ADT Security system slams and wires burned and not replaced some roof timber burned and not replaced small window on the door frame of one of the bedrooms burned to brownie colour,cracked and not replaced. Geyser left not connected.

Since they saying contractor will hand in new request for all work left not fixed they dond respont to my emails.

Please help we want to know when are they going to complete family not returned to the house still ranting out.
