Poor Claims Experience
After the passing of our mother we logged a claim with Standard Bank and provided all the requested claim supporting documents. It is now 10 business days and we are still waiting the payment of the claim. Whenever we call we are told that the funds will be available within 24 to 48 hrs.

It gives me no joy that we still have not heard from you regarding our claim that logged on the 6th October and still not yet finalized after we were advised that it will be finalized within 24 - 48 hrs.
We went to Key West Mall and were connected to a gent by the name of Lungelo - he was polite and patient and is willing to assist us with the matter.
Please resolve this matter as we are paying clients.
