Poor and appalling service on my approved claim

Disappointing service with approved claim. Spoke to Lutendon who was very rude, undermining and condescending when speaking to him. This is a claim I logged all he needed to do was to advice that claim is approved which he but with held information or guides on how to from the point of approval instead he threatened and gave me disclaimers when say I'd prefer to be pain than having the bank to do the job based on his little information he shared this was the 28th Aug for claim that was logged on the begging of Aug 2026.
