Poor administration and blatant incompetence

The incompetence and shoddy service is appalling. I have tried for 6 weeks now to correct an erroneous debit order from going off my account for residential building insurance. The land/ building is valued at R29m instead of R2.9m and so the insurance on this is catastrophically high. I have numerous reference numbers and details of people / agents I have spoken to but nothing changes. I will cancel this insurance if no one sorts my issues out promptly as I have never been ignored like this before. Ludwig Jansen
