Poor administration

Very poor service received from them at this point I just feel like canceling my insurance and get cover from a different insurer. I've sent them an email informing them of inaccurate information on my policy. Got a reply only to have my details removed from the policy now my wife's name is on the policy with different information , also not the correct information. How difficult is it to just change something on the system after someone sent you supporting documents. I don't know what to call this , pure laziness or what.
