*** i cannot get my car

Poor services for Standard Bank Insurance, i call for road assistance where 2 Tyres were damaged with open municipal drain. they did assist to tow the car to FirstRand as i could not get tyres. today am here to fetch the car i cannot get help and i have already use R500 on air time and being send from pillar to post. now been holding for an hour with that boring. i just need a release note ONLY as the car was not on accident but tyre problem
