POLICY REFUND

<p>I have been over -paying a funeral policy for a year. I was advised that refunds take 7 to 14 working days. </p> <p>I 've been liaising with Anele Myande (Consultant) from Day 1 of the refund process.</p> <p>14 days has gone past with no refund or email notification.</p> <p>I phoned today and was advised that the refund has been authorised but not yet released, same thing I was told last week Thursday.</p>
