Called standard bank to change address on my household content policy and to cancel cellphone insured . Experience I got was awesome. Lizal Hudson very professional not only that , she manged to assist me to claim for my daughter's cellphone which had a damage screen . I wasn't aware of this. Claim has since been approved she will be receiving a new phone. The process was seamless .
