Policy document

I opened up a house contents policy with Liberty, was told it's underwritten by Standard Bank Insurance, I still await a policy document, been on the phone for over 20mins, for a mere document. The Standard Bank Insurance app is also not helping, it keeps on saying its offline...

Please help!
