Policy document

In the month of August I took out an insurance policy for my vehicle....I spoke to a lady by the name of Jessica she quoted me R753 with access of R3000 which I took....she then told me that she'll forward my documents immediately but never did so..... I called the following day was transferred from consultant to consultant still no service.....on the first I took the car for inspection PG glass said they've sent the stuff through to them it shouldn't take even 5 minutes I called an hour later they never received anything this was on the 1st of September.....I had to call to get my policy number since they never sent me anything.....today on the 15th of September around 9am I called again to ask for my documents and nothing has been sent to me and it's 12:35....the sad part about all of this is that standard bank took their money on the arranged date but me as the policy holder haven't received anything proving that I'm actually covered...so what do I do now?
