Policy cancellation - shocking service

This is my second review on the matter. I have been trying to get my home insurance policy cancelled since 23 Nov. 2020 after moving to a new insurer. After the 1st review I got some response form them but to my disappointment the premium was still charged for January. Their admin is a shambles - I got contacted by several different persons none of which actioned the matter to conclusion. Despite promises to that effect I have not been refunded to date
