Policy Cancellation

<p>I took car insurance with Standard Bank. The service was very poor. The consultant would not reply to emails nor would he update me on things I had asked for. So I sent an email to cancel and he did not reply. I then went to social media. Then only did he reply but he still has not cancelled the policy. He sent an email telling me that the policy had been cancelled but I AM STILL BEING DEBITED! It's been two months now that I am still paying after being notified of my cancellation. He still does not reply to my emails and when I call he tells me he is busy! </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable. I cannot be paying for something I will not use. I have other insurance so now I'm paying double because of Othniel's incompetency.</p> <p>His name is Othniel Palayadi</p>
